Very basic furnishings!!! Room cleanliness is a real concern. It’s really frustrating when the internet service is so poor and unresponsive!!!

Recommend it for families seeking relaxation

The staff were more than just helpful, they were like friends. During the evenings, I strolled around the pool area, it was spacious and quiet, almost like our own little retreat, a rare find in a busy place. And let's not forget breakfast, a great spread with a mix of local flavors and Western choices. I mean, who wouldn’t love starting the day with a smile and a plate full of good food. It's not often you find a place where the people truly care about your experience.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for the experience, it was acceptable enough.

It was just a well-suited match for a transient visit in Kuta with good price-quality ratio. The pool was nice and spacious, allowing for a relaxing retreat after a busy day exploring. Make sure to check out the breakfast options. they have a good variety!

the view from our room was really nice and the location is close to shops, which was cool. some staff were friendly and helpful, made our stay a bit better. we liked the free shuttle service to the airport. breakfast had a decent variety but could be better.
